the problem of electricity

I'm not a big fan of computers but if I have to do my homework I use it. but  listen, when I  need the computer   there isn't electricity. the electricity goes at nine in the morning and arrives at five p.m. that is terrible and I have to pay the same rate,  having  light or not  having. and then I have to do my homework late.
 like today;
but I have an idea now, I'm going to do my homework when I arrived at home.
