Baseball is a sport played between two teams of nine players each andthe goal is to score runs by hitting a thrown ball with a bat and touching a series of four bases. Players on one team teke turns hitting against the pictcher of the other team, which tries to stop them from scoring runs by getting hitters out in any of several ways. When the players that are at bat have three outs, they have to change position with the other team. One turn at bat for each team constitutes an inning and nine innings make up a game. the team with thr most runs at the end of the game wins.
