STRESS

Acording with thewesters encyclopedic,stress any stimulus, as fear or interferes with the normal physiological equilibium of an organism. Stress it with us all the time, and it can cause a lot of problems. For example, you can lose hair, lose weight, heart problems, and migraine, and many other.

Stress have diferent causes. For instance, missing a job, braking a relationship, suffering a bad experience like leaving an earthquake, also stress can be cause by the university.

There are many ways how stress can be preven. Be careful what you. To reduce stress foods should be eaten slowly, and always at the sametime. Also, do not eat too much fat. Another important thing is to do exercises everydays. Besides do aplan of all things that you have todo.

Since you are caught by stress with have to face it. By relaxing , taking breaks of short time, taking long breath, and thinking that you are in peace with yourself and other.

When you cant get over stress by yourself. You should visit a doctor or a phsycologist they have medicines for us. But remenber the best medice is god, and he is waiting for us.
