Although it seems a bubble the EN-V is an electric concept car presented by GM during The Shanghai Expo in Shanghai, China. This concept car uses Li-ion batteries, the same batteries that we can found in our lap-tops and cellphones. Reinventing Urban Transportation for the Future is General Motors' motto for this concept.
24mph is the car top speed and because of this the car doesn't have the crumple zone and air bags which makes it lighter, its weight is only 880 pounds. It also has a GPS that allows the car to detect buildings and others car and avoid accidents.
Also the car can drives itself so we can go somewhere and send the car back home.
Smart cars will be very beneficial for human beings, Because we are going to have a easier life and that will be great... :)
