Baseball it's maybe one of the most amazing games ever, no one can deny this sport has been an entertainment which has caused sensation around the world, MLB it's a goal that everybody wants to reach and becomes a baseball star. getting to mlb it's not that easy, you have to try hard to get what you are meant to get. There are some dominican players who have become the most influential in baseball business, among them we have¨David ortiz,Miguel Tejada,Robinson Cano,Alex Rodriguez among others. Pedro Martinez become one of the most revered dominican players. He played with Boston Red Socks in 2004 versus Yankees and he won this world series, he was also a cy young winner in 1997 and the rest is history.

The bible from the Greek Byblos, is a collection of books that conform the text of Christians, Jews and Muslims.

The Bible is divided into two sections that are the Old Testament and the New Testament.

OLD PEOPLE IN CANSINO ADENTRO

I'm going to write about old people because I see as old people are living in Dominican Republic. They don't have condition to live.But I'm going to appoach in my neighbordhood Cansini Adentro, Ican see as these elderies are living. Ihad interviewed one old person and look at for information, I choose this item because I worrie abaut it and I feel a big sadness when I see these old people working.

Although my topic is about my neithborhood Cansino Adentro I want to write a few about old people in Dominican Republic and old people because my neighborhood is part of Dominican Republic.

In Dominican Republic old people don't hava any protection from the goverment as others places. Ther are afew free old people's homes that take care of old people who are poor families.But there are a lot of private institutions that riches can pay to their parents' care.

Sometimes the riches families take the desition because they can't have their parents with their.

I think that when people are old are when they most need of their chidren , bacause they are in specially conditons , they are sick and they look like as a baby.

The majority people of my neighborhood are poor. athougn they are elderies people ,they have to work because they don't have anyone that help with their overheads and their necessities. Most of then are working as: selling bottles, selling food, chicken, clean garden etc. Their children couldn't have their parents in their homes and most of the times the elderies are living alone.

I did an interview to an eldery women and she told me the fallow.

Her name is Carmen I asked her about her situation as an old person that has to work.

She is 78 years old and she is a widow, she has 8 children. Actually she lives alone because all of their children have marrien.

She told me that she has about 10 years living alone and she has her house. Every mornig she goes out to look for something that she can sell as: bottles, metal to sell and get money also she clean a house three day at week and she earns $3,000, she subsists with it.

She said that to her is very difficult because she is a diabetic person and she has to buy her medicine and sometimes the money is insufficient and she has to take money borrow.

She told me "I feel tired but I need to work to survive"

In Cansini Adentro ther are a lot of elderies workind and are hungry people , sometimes they don't have anything to eat.

Here ther is a charitable woman who has an institution named "Fundacion Maria Auxiliadora Incorporada" which institution works with old people.The presidents' institution is Rafaela Ant.Peña Garcia , she told me that she created this institution because she saw the necessities that were passing old people in thi neighbordood.

Rafaela has some companies that help her with the fundation .

This institution gives to old people food, clothes, medecine. whellchair. andadores, some old people need andadores to can walk or to move.

This fundation only work with old people of Cansino Adentro.

In Cansino A. The majority of elderies people are sick It is normal because they are elderies people they are sick of: diabetic, presion alterial, ortoporosis, bling etc. When they have to go to the hospitla they have to look to someone that who help with the moneys'consulting room and the passage bacause they don't have money. Also when they have to buy the medecine ti is a really problen becausemost of the time they can't buy their medecine.
