THE BIBLE

1. What is the bible?

The bible from the Greek Byblos, is a collection of books that conform the text of Christians, Jews and Muslims.

2. 1.How is divided the bible?

The Bible is divided into two sections that are the Old Testament and the New Testament.

3. 2.How is divided the Old Testament?

For some Christians and Jews the Old Testament is divided in:

- Pentateuch: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Number and Deuteronomy.

- Historic: Joshua, Judges, 1 Samuel, 2 Samuel, 1 Reyes, 2 Reyes, 1 Chronicles, 2 Chronicles, Ezra and Nehemiah.

- Scriptures: Job, Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes and Song of songs.

- Major Prophets: Isaiah, Jeremiah, Lamentations and Ezekiel.

- Minor Prophets: Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah and Malachi.

- Gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.

- Historic: Acts.

- Pauline Epistles: Romans, 1 Corinthians, 2 Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, 1 Thessalonians, 2 Thessalonians, 1 Timothy, 2 Timothy, Titus, Philemon and Hebrews.

- General Epistles: James, 1 Peter, 2 Peter, 1 John, 2 John, 3 John, Jude.

- Prophetic: Revelation.

THe bible was written in a period of 1000 years from 900 B.C to 100 A.C.

The Bible was written for men that were insipired by the Holy Spirit.

the Bible was written by an estimated 40 men.

The bible was written in three continents that are: Asian, European and African continent.

the Bible was written originally in ceramics and pottery. then animal skins and papyrus. now written on paper.

10. 9.In what literary genres was written the Bible?

the Bible is a jewel of literature as it contains many tools of language as parables, comparisons, paradox, hyperbole, etc..

Also, was written in Pors, verses, narration, dialogue, legal documents, etc..

11. 10.What we can found in the Bible?

In the bible we can see the special revelation that the Perfect Creator and Designer of the Universe let us in this pages.

Also, we can see the origin of all thigs like: the Universe, the Men, the Evilness, etc.

The Bible was written in three idioms: Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek.

13. 12.What is the importance of the Bible?

the bible is the unique middle where God has revealed the way that Men have to walk in this world, and the way to get the salvation from their sin.

14. 13.What does the Bible so Special?

something that makes the Bible special is the correlation between all the books in spite of the great periods of time apart, the diversity of languages ​​they were written and the distance between them.

15. What were the occupations of the people who wrote the Bible?

some were shepherds, other kings, other slaves, other anglers, other teachers, etc..

16. 16.Which is the central point in the bible?

the central point in the bible is the gift of the salvation that God has given through his only begotten son, Jesus Christ, who came to this world to save to the men that had sinned, having like unique middle to recive this gift: the faith.

God communicates to people through the Bible. He tells you how to live your life, the consequences of our sins, and how the world will end. The Bible is a story about God and man. About God's relationship with man. God is always talking to us through the Bible, all we have to do is listen, by reading his word.

Hello, teacher this is my presentation as you know ,i took some information in the internet, I learned more about the bible and I intervewed some Christian people, they gave me some different opinion from the bible.
