Yuen Woo-ping a Chinese martial arts choreographer, he is considered the foremost action choreographer in the world; he has helped catapult some action stars like: Jet Li, Jackie Chan, etc.
He is admired for the quality of the swordsmanship in his films. His style of sword fighting is based in part on Japanese martial art Kendo, which is based on the Samurai style of combat with swords.
