Smart Cars, Intelligent Highways

      Automobile industry is a profitable business all over the world and having a car sometime is a status simbol and a person buy it, no because they need it, it´s because it represents power and is a way to show how much wealthy they are.
      Levels of security and efficiency are improving everyday and the gas consumption is lower, producing a car that they call hybrid because this cars reuse the power they produce.  In other hand, statitistics have shown that flying is more secure than driving.
      Drivers are complaining everyday, due to they spend hours in traffic jams to reach theirs destinations and these problems are magnified in a Third World country like the Dominican Republic, where motorists don´t rescpect the lights and signs and the means of transportation don´t work properly and everybody does whatever they want.
      Traffic jams are found everywhere and it doesn´t matter how high end or smart is the car you have, you really feel like if were in the jungle.
