Jean Claude Van Damme ( Jean Claude Camile Francois Van Varenberg ).Born on october 18,1960 in  Berchem -Sainte -Agathe,Bruselas, Belgica. is an actor, director,film producer and martial-arts expert from Belgium.Due to their place of origin and physical,is nicknamed "the muscles from Brussels". 

After training martial arts since ten age,Van Damme achieved national success in Belgium  as a competitor, and as a bodybuilder won the title"Mr.Belgium". Black belt in Shotoka karate and remarkeble musculature, Van Damme emigrated to America in 1982 to pursue a career in film.

The role that lauched him to stardom was that of Frank Dux, Blood sport tape in 1988. Then reached its greatest box office success with timecop (1994), which grossed over $ 100 million worldwide and became his most financially successful. Van Damme is recognized as one of the actors in Hollywood action movies highest grossing of the 1980 and 1990.
