My dream company

It's going to be a small,but very special restaurant for young people and adults. Its name is "Cuisine".
Its claim to fame is going to be the seafood and meat,the menu will include national and international food and cocktails too. It's going to have a good chef, four waiters and no more than 10 or 12 tables, in that way the restaurant can be more intimate.
The slogan is goin to be: "The Place Worth The Price"
Opened from 7:00PM to 12:00 on weekdays and from 7:00PM to 2:00AM on weekends.
I want my restaurant be located in the Colonial Zone,Lincoln or Roberto Pastoriza avenue avenue
