Today everybody in the class was talking about the new lesson, which is “Smart Cars, intelligent highways”. I really hadn’t heard that matter before, and when people began to speak about cars which you won’t even have to drive because they might do it for themselves, I was thinking like “mmm... those sort of thing could never be made, that’s just fantasy”... but the teacher commented that 20 years ago people didn’t believe that today would exist devices like Blackberries, Laptop, (even cellphones I think).
It’s wonderful how things can change over time. I must admit I’m not that kind of interested about technology, but I know we are at the beginning of a new century, and science will continue having an incredible increase, and we all need to know and to adapt to new forms of techonology.
of course, self diver cars are completely truth, that's no fantasy, some year ago I saw a program on Discovery Chanel, about the future of these cars, there will not windows to roll down, you won't be able to see out when you will inside, why? because they will run at 300 m/h or more, I'm sure if I see that speed in a car, I get a dizzy spell (patatus), they will work together highways, that's the future, far from Dominican Republic but, the future.
