I wanted to share with you about my favorite car and its history. My favorite one is the Lamborghini of 1990, but let`s share about the changes of the models of the company Automobili Lamborghini.
Automobili Lamborghini was founded by ferruccio Lamborghini. During his childhood he felt a special interest in cars, after he was own of luxury automobiles including Alfa Romeos, Lancias Maseratis and a Mercedes Benz. he purchased his first ferrari a 250GT in 1958 and went to own several more. Lamborghini considered the Ferrari too noisy and vough to be proper road cars, likening them to repurposed track cars. Lamborghini decided to persue an automobile manufacturing venture with the goal of bringing to life his vision of a perfect grand tourer.
1963
Ferruccio was unimpressed with the quality of the 350 GTV and ordered a complete redesign for Lamborghini`s first production cars.
1964
120 copies was sold of this model. Despite the favorable press preview of the 350GVT. Ferruccio Lamborghini decided to rework the car for production. The name become official was the production model called 350GVT.
1965-1966
100 copies was sold. the 450GVT featured an upgrated 3.9 litre engine.
1967-1968
The ISLERO was a sales disappointment but faithful to feruccio`s ideal of a reliable grand tourer only 125 cars produced between 1968 and 1969.
1969
The ESPADA was a Lamborghini´s first truly popular model with more than 1,200 sold during its ten years of production.
1973-1977
The COUNTACH, the most popular and successful Lamborghini in history since the Espada model was in production from 1974 to 1988.
1978-1986
As the years passed Lamborghini´s situation became even more dire, the company entered bankrupt in 1978 and the italian courts took control, a year later Raymond Noima and Hurbert Hahne, who were Lamborghini´s German importers were appointed to take over the running of the company. As consequence the desings start to change.
1980
The TALPA an update of the failed silhouette was the only new car released during receiver ship.
1990 (my favorite model)
the DIABLO was the fastest car in production when it was released in 1990, in 1992 sales crashed 239,000 copies was sold around the world. In that date in Dominican Republic had 3 cars of this model.
1994
the DIABLO would be Lamborghini´s mainstay throughout the 90´s and was continually updated throughout the version changes in ownerships
1997
the BABY LAMBO envisioned in 1997 was introduced in 2003 as THE GALLARDO

We are waiting the new model at the end of this year, i dream with have money for the next version, but i hope to have my favorite model THE LAMBORGHINI´S DIABLO of 1990 in my favorite color black.












I like the lamborghin´s diablo too. It´s a beautiful car but I like it in yellow color.
