Mastering the Law of Gravity

Mastering the Law of Gravity is an interesting reading. It is mainly about the stuntman, martial art choreographer, and film director named Yuen Wo-Ping. This personage is described as a Chinese veteran with an experience of more than fifty movies. Many famous action stars, as Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung, and Jet Li were helped by Yuen Wo-Ping to be catapulted to international fame by his train of acrobatic flying, fighting, and jumping off walls. Yuen is highly respect by the quality of the swordsmanship in his films. He achieved his first directing credit in 1978 on the martial art film Shake in the Eagle's Shadow. The more recently Wo-Ping Yuen's work as an action choreography is Hong Kong Cinema have included Kun Fu Hustle(2004), Fearless(2006), The Forbidden Kingdom(2008), Ninja Assassin(2009), True Legend(2010). Yuen Ping said ¨I fell I'am old-fashioned¨, Wo-Ping Yuen adds, ¨So Whenever I can, I prefer to shoot Kung Fu scenes for real and use traditional wire work to enhance the actions in the movie. Yet the same time, special effects and visual effects can definetely enrich and help the portrayal of Kun-Fu and the power it envolves.
