Have been yo- yo fads since very remote times. No one knows for sure when or where Yo-yos originated, but the best guess is China about 3,000 years ago.
Through the years, Yo-yos have received different nicknames such as L'emigrette, Conblez, Jou-jou de Normandine, etc; One theory is that the name Yo-yo comes from the term Jou-you de Normandine. During the French Revolution Nobles fled their native land, and when they left, they took their favorite toy nicknamed L'emigrette from a French word meaning ¨leave one's homeland.¨
Boys and girls like to play with Yo-yos because they are amusing and relaxing.
Yo-yos have an awesome story. I like it.
