Smart Cars cannot be used in Dominican Republic. There are many reasons to support this idea.
For example:
1. We don't have a well organized transportation._
2. Our highways are short, busy, straight, have many holes, sometimes you find some animals walking on the way, many vehicles without light, etc._
3. This kind of automobile can get out of control; because, it will insult or warn you ten times per minutes when you go out and the other get close to you or something else._
